What our customer was looking for?

The customer, being one of the retail giants was looking for a service provider which would efficiently cover all their sites in a huge geographic area, specifically entire USA. With more than 100 sites in focus, the demand for engineers was also high.

A larger scope brought bigger challenges!

  • The need was of meeting SLA’s as low as 1 hour and all the way up to customized SLA’s that are in line with customer requirements. This is customization of SLA’s at the highest level to ensure prompt and effective services.
  • Operating at various demanding and busy environments was not an easy task for our engineers.
  • The Operations team at Excis showed immense skills in effectively Managing a large pool of engineers including scheduling, dispatch and logistics.

What was achieved finally?

  • On behalf of our customer, Excis executed country wide field services for retail that includes dedicated FTE’s at plants, break fixing the in-shop retail systems that supported retail products and survey/setup migration of the new locations.
  • 18 months have been elapsed and the project is still going on, thus giving our customer exemplary services till date.
