Established in Belgium in 2001 as an IT services company, Excis expanded across Europe and relocated its HQ in the UK. The delivery of 24/7 support was followed by the provision of end-to-end solutions, including IT and audio visual design, installation and servicing. Excis enjoys a strong global presence, serving a diverse range of clients and providing cross-border international IT services. We have built up a worldwide network of over 6000 engineers, who provide seamless installation and maintenance services, which aligns with the international requirements of our clients. Our network continues to grow through our 60+ entities worldwide and our ever- expanding footprint across the globe.

By having legal entities in so many locations, it allows Excis to hire employees directly in in-country, ensuring we are using local resources who are familiar with local customs and languages. Additionally, it allows Excis to become local in-country experts, understanding the complexities and challenges of operating in a region, implement local billing to eliminate cross border taxations, as well as removing the need for us to outsource work to other suppliers, maximising cost efficiencies further.

We offer a 4-hour SLA in all metropolitan areas around the world, as well as a 1-hour SLA across much of Europe.

Bert Uitterlinden

Bert Uitterlinden | CEO – Owner

Prior to joining EXCIS Bert held various senior management positions by working for and with the best companies in the world such as Cisco systems, IBM, aap3, and many others. He is an expert in global managed services and solutions, with extensive experience in Telecommunications and IT sales and operations.

Finn Lyskov | Director – Owner

Finn started as an Auditor in Denmark many years back. He then moved on to Senior Financial roles in Denmark, Saudi Arabia & UK working for prolific Companies such as Deutsche Telekom, EMC & Cisco. Since 2008, he has been heading up the Finance Team at Excis and he has been instrumental in driving the growth of Excis to a global organisation which covers over 100 countries today..

Anna Nel | COO

Anna has 15 years of experience in service delivery, sales and supply chain management in global reputable IT and Telecommunications companies. Anna is responsible for Excis’ worldwide sales, transition and BAU teams, including end-to-end management of supply chain. Prior to joining Excis in 2016, Anna was Partner Management Director at NSC Global and was responsible for building and managing all aspects of the global supply chain.

Thomas Lyskov | Sales Director

Thomas has 8 years’ experience working in the technology sector, across both engineering and sales. Thomas is responsible for heading up Excis’ sales organisation, helping to manage new and existing clients, whilst driving new innovative revenue streams. Before joining Excis, Thomas worked at Cisco for 5 years’, both as a Systems Engineer and Sales Account Manager in the UK, whilst also spending time at a US-based automation start-up.

Rodica Petrea | Group Financial Controller

Rodica is a qualified, chartered accountant (ACCA) with a major in Economics. She joined Excis in 2020 and is heading up the Finance team for Excis’ global business. In her previous role, as an International Business & Finance Manager, Rodica was responsible for financial and management reporting but also contributed to evolving the business model and built strong relationships with key stakeholders. Rodica is passionate about enabling the people in the business to have the best collaboration and firmly believes that the key to success is building strong relationships that last.

Chris Jones | EMEA Services Director

Chris has 20+ years’ experience within the IT industry and having worked for world-renowned organisations including Hewlett Packard Enterprise/Electronic Data Systems. Chris has a substantial amount of 360 IT business operations experience. As a commercially aware senior stakeholder, Chris contributes to day-to-day operations by discovering and understanding risk allocation and developing strategic relationships between clients and partners alike. Chris continually strives for service delivery excellence, and he works alongside his teams to ensure that all deliverables are being achieved on time, and accordingly, to the highest industry standards. With extensive experience in IT operations, outsourcing and procurement, Chris understands the IT operations landscape comprehensively and can effectively identify the industry’s needs and gaps that could be filled, utilising best practice solutions and services.

Theo Ramarolahy | Head of Remote Services and Coordination

I am Theo, I have been in IT industry for a decade now. Started from first line helpdesk I am currently leading the remote services and coordination at Excis . Assisting people in a different areas of business : Management, sales and delivery I strive to provide a state of the art support to whoever needs.

Kunal Amodkar | Head of IT / Product Management

Kunal holds a Post-Graduate degree in Advance Network Security along with a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Engineering. He has extensive experience in the latest technology and products from Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, ZOHO Corp, etc. Kunal is responsible for managing Excis’ Global IT Infrastructure across all branch offices, Datacenter & Warehouse. Additionally, Kunal is India Director and looks after India Management.

Gabrielle D’arch | Head of Global Service Delivery

Gabrielle began her career in Operations, IT Sales and Managed Print Services for some of South Africa’s largest Telecommunications and IT companies . In 2014 she relocated to Cape Town and began her career in Project Management and Service Delivery by doing her Post Grad in Project Management, with the ambition of joining one of the biggest IT companies in the Global market. In 2016 Gabrielle joined Excis as a Project Manager, soon after promoted to Service Delivery Manager, then Regional Service Delivery Lead for EMEA. Currently Gabrielle is responsible for Excis’ Service Delivery teams worldwide

Mieke Uitterlinden | Global HR Lead

I joined Excis in 2018 to take over the lead role of our HR, Compliance & Quality Departments. Before Excis I worked for the Belgium government and some private sector organisations for 30 years. My role focuses on creating a good work environment for our Excis staff and to ensure we fill our clients’ requirements from HR, Compliance & Quality perspective.
Dhaval Ninawe

Dhaval Ninawe | Creative Head

Dhaval has joined us as a Creative Head. He has immense knowledge of Brand Management, Digital Marketing and Visual Communications. He has worked for a reputed companies like Zensar Technologies, Honeywell Automation India Ltd. and U.S. State Department. Dhaval has completed his Masters in Telecommunications, Bachelors in Computer Applications and Polytechnic in Industrial Electronics.
