The concept of an Offshore Development Center (ODC) involves the setting up of a facility devoted to your needs at Excis's solution centers. In this model, all resources: technical teams, hardware, software, office space and any other resources required by you, are completely dedicated to you. You will have access to these resources on a continual basis and can choose to use them for whatever requirements you have.
Based on our experience with ODCs, we have developed a well-defined methodology that defines among other things:
- Initial planning, estimation and set up of the ODC in consultation with the client.
- Plans for physical and virtual security, firewalls.
- A "Get to know customer and projects" as a Knowledge Transfer exercise.
- Set up of specific technical and customer-related training for members of the ODC.
- Specific implementation and support methodologies.
- Continual status reporting and customer interaction processes.
